Kit's books are all illustrated by Walter Payne. The first 3 are from before all 6 were released.
Kit seems to have more outfits than AG will let her have. That "yellow dress" she is always wearing is actually 4 distinct yellow dresses! She also appears in her lavendar cardigan, a red cardigan and a green cardigan. She wears different shirts with her overalls too!

Remember I only count outfits that are being worn by the girl, not just when they show them. For example, Kit never appears in her Christmas dress.

Kit wears 12 distinct dresses in her series! And she wears overalls a total of 10 times, although she does mix up the shirt she is wearing with them. She also add's coats and cardigans to non-seasonal dresses to make them appropriate to the weather. Like wearing a cardigan with her birthday dress in "Changes." Clearly this shows AG could give the poor girl a few more outfits in her collection!


Just to let you know, I didn't take note of when she was wearing the meet outfit with or without the cardigan, so the times she wears the meet cardigan on its own are counted in the meet outfit count. That will throw it up a bit.
